1 Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on kx8006. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and any winnings forfeited. Only one account per person is permitted.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact support immediately. kx8006 will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use kx8006's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not playing on behalf of a person with a disability or under any form of coercion.

3 Bonus and Promotion Terms & Conditions

5 Betting Rules and Restrictions

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kx8006 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Once a match begins, Live Betting odds change in real time; the odds at the moment the bet is placed are final.

Maximum Payout Limit

Each bet has a maximum payout limit, which varies by game and bet type. Even if your winnings exceed this limit, only the maximum payout amount will be paid out.

6 Prohibited Activities

Kx8006 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or fake identities to exploit the bonus system.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets related to influencing the outcome of a sporting event.
• Software Manipulation: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Third-Party Funds: Making deposits using another person's funds or payment method.
• Threats & Harassment: Abusive behavior or threats directed at other users or staff.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Kx8006 may close or temporarily suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation has been found.
• Failure to submit documents required for identity verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Closed at User's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled once the account is closed.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you can self-exclude for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Contact our support team to activate this feature.

8 Limitation of Liability

Kx8006 strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but there are limits to our liability in certain situations:

• In the event of an unexpected technical error, the maximum compensation is limited to the amount you deposited in that session.

• Kx8006 reserves the right to suspend services in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
